Records Management Traineeship at Cedefop - European Union Agency

Ce blog n'est pas mort, mais les 3 derniers mois ont été  trop chargés en occupations variées pour me permettre de passer trop de temps devant le nuage Internet. En attendant la poursuite des vieilles séries en cours ou l'achèvement des multiples brouillons existants, voici pour les jeunes futurs collègues la transmission d'une annonce du centre de formation professionnel de l'Europe, qui propose une formation rémunérée de RMer à  Thessalonique.

De quoi conciler l'utile au très agréable...  mais la date limite de candidature est le 20 août

The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) based in Thessaloniki, Greece is offering one 9-month traineeship in records management starting on 16 October 2010.

Deadline for applications: 20 August 2010.

Main duties:

• Assisting with the transfer of physical files
• Providing input to a contact management database
• Assisting with the implementation of file plans in Cedefop’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS)

Essential qualifications:

• Degree in Records Management, Archives or Library and Information Studies
• Fluency in English and knowledge of another Community language
• IT literacy

 A monthly grant of EUR 750-1000 is offered.
